Ouwens Casserly tasked Anomaly with supporting the marketing campaign of an extraordinary property at 3 Pages Road, Mitcham. The goal was to create high impact video content that would capture the home’s essence, elevate its story, and inspire potential buyers.

The Property
3 Pages Road, Mitcham was originally established in the 1960s by renowned architect John Chappel and recently renovated by reputable builder Krivicic. The home blends mid century modern design with its natural surroundings, creating a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors. Expansive windows and considered spatial design allow light and landscape to become a defining part of the living experience.

Our Role
Anomaly developed two complementary videos to bring the property to life in a way that traditional listings could not.

Brand Video
The brand video is intentional and composed, focusing on form, light, and materiality to convey architectural confidence and considered design. Through restrained pacing and precise framing, the video positions the home as a design object rather than a listing, communicating quality, legacy, and sophistication.

Creative Video
The creative video is emotive and experiential, designed to evoke desire rather than describe features. It captures moments, movement, and atmosphere to draw viewers into an imagined way of living, selling a mood and a feeling rather than a floor plan. Together, the videos elevate the presentation of the property, creating an aspirational and memorable experience. Cutdowns were produced for use across digital channels, amplifying their impact.
